ONE-ON-ONE AND TEAM COACHING

Team coaching includes one-one-one coaching of individuals that is grounded in a holistic approach that addresses critical team dynamics. This type of engagement is ideal for leadership teams that have experienced significant transition or teams that are ready and committed to lead from a new level.

Team Coaching allows us to tackle the interpersonal dynamics of a leadership team. We accomplish significant growth through one-one-one coaching while also being acutely aware of, and informed by, the ecosystem into which each individual is contributing and influencing. By having a group of collaborating leaders on a path of self-awareness and personal development, the team is able to make quantum leaps in their ability to lead in unison while bringing their unique strengths. This option may include Team Evaluations, 360 Reviews, or the MBTI.


STRATEGIC MEETING FACILITATION

Partnering with key stakeholders, Strategic Meeting Facilitation provides custom design and facilitation to key leadership meetings. This type of engagement is ideal for leadership retreats, strategy meetings, and meetings focused on making large decisions with powerful implications to the organization.

In order to bring forth the best results in high-stakes meetings, leaders need an experience that focuses on accomplishing goals and objectives while creating space for crucial conversations, creativity, and each person to bring their best self. An outside facilitator allows every member of the team to participate from their area of expertise without holding the additional responsibility of facilitating the group. The power of an objective outsider is the ability to create and maintain the ideal environment for progress without getting trapped in the vortex of routine team dynamics.
